Thunderhosting offer thier customers & users a 30 days refund policy. If you’re facing any problem on our hosting platform or don’t want to continue our services. Then you can take refund within 30 days according to our 30 days refund policy.
T&C for requesting refund:
Before you submit your refund request make sure you know below given T&C.
- You aren’t be eligible to request refund after 30 days.
- It’s a must that you have to provide us a valid reason for requesting refund. ( example: i want to switch host.etc)
- You will recieve refund after tax deduction (18% G.S.T +4% Payment Gateway Service Charge)
- The refund amount will be paid through bank transfer only or the method you’ve used to make your purchase.
- Refund amount will be transferred to you within 48 hours. (Excluding : Saturday & Sunday Off)
How to Take/Request Refund?

- Fill the form with basic details like your name, email or phone number.etc
- Wait for Thunderhosting staff to review your request.
- After your refund request is approved by thunderhosting staff member, you’ll be asked to how you’d like to recieve refund. Provide your correct details and recieve your refund.
- After thunderhost sent you refund amount, you’ll recieve a call/email from thunderhost to confirm/verify that you’ve successfully recieved it.
